Who sees your data
Section titled “Who sees your data”Only people we’ve given access to your brand. Each person signs in and sees their own brand’s data. To add or remove someone, see Getting access for a colleague.
Downloading data
Section titled “Downloading data”Where a page has a Download button, it saves the figures behind the chart as a CSV.
Some accounts also have an Export page for a full download of your sales, one row per period, retailer, store and SKU. It’s switched on per person: ask us if you’d like it.
Light and dark mode
Section titled “Light and dark mode”Pivot opens in dark mode. To switch, click the sun or moon button in the top bar. Pivot remembers your choice on that browser, so you’ll need to choose again on another computer or browser.
Your name and email address
Section titled “Your name and email address”You can’t change your name or email address in Pivot yourself. If either needs changing, for example because your work email has changed, email finance@wfl.co.uk and we’ll sort it out.
