When data arrives
Each retailer publishes its figures on its own timetable, and Pivot picks them up automatically. Retailers also revise recent figures as late sales come in, so the last few weeks can still change after they first appear.
| Retailer | What arrives | Usually in Pivot by | Revised for | History from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tesco | Daily sales and store stock | Two days later, in the morning. Now and then a day after that. | Up to about 6 weeks. Most changes come about a week after the day. | July 2024. Some days from 24 November to 20 December 2024 are incomplete. |

Service level about 4 weeks. Availability a day or two. | Sales October 2025. Service level October 2024. Availability August 2026. |
History from is the earliest date Pivot holds for that retailer. If your products went on sale there later, your history starts then. CLF only shows the stock it holds today, so its stock history can’t go back further.
If a retailer is late
Section titled “If a retailer is late”Delays nearly always start with the retailer. The usual causes:
- The retailer published late. Sometimes a retailer publishes a day later than usual, or later in the day. A day that lands later in the day is usually in Pivot the next morning.
- The retailer’s own system had a problem. A day can then arrive late, or arrive incomplete and be corrected afterwards. We keep an eye on this and fill the day in once the retailer has it right.
You don’t need to do anything for a delay of a day or so. If a retailer is still behind a day after its usual time in the table, or a week still looks wrong once it’s complete, email finance@wfl.co.uk. Tell us the retailer, the page and the latest date you can see.
