Asda
For Asda, Pivot shows daily sales and stock for every store, and which stores each product is listed in. Use them to follow your sales store by store, see where your stock is sitting and check distribution.
What Pivot gets
Section titled “What Pivot gets”- Sales: units and revenue, by store and product, for each day.
- Store stock: units on hand at each store.
- Listings: whether each store is listed for each product, day by day.
Pivot doesn’t get wastage, forecasts or service level from Asda, and Store Performance has no Availability % or Lost Sales for Asda.
When it arrives
Section titled “When it arrives”- Sales and stock: Asda makes each day’s figures available the next morning, and Pivot picks them up later that day.
- Corrections: the first figures for a day are provisional. Late sales usually add a little (well under 1%), and a day settles after about three weeks. Pivot picks up corrections for about six weeks, so the last few weeks can rise slightly.
How far back it goes
Section titled “How far back it goes”- Sales: We load as much history as Asda lets us when your brand joins Pivot, and keep every day from then on.
- Store stock: daily from 19 October 2026. Before that, back to September 2025, Pivot has one figure a week, for the Sunday.
Asda keeps a long history, so a missing day can be fetched again.

Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Weeks: Asda’s own week runs Saturday to Friday. Pivot’s runs Monday to Sunday, so a week in Pivot won’t match the same week in Asda’s own figures.
- A week’s stock is the Sunday figure, or the latest day for the current week.
- Listed stores count in Rate of Sale, as well as stores that sold or held stock.
