Morrisons

For Morrisons, Pivot shows daily sales from stores, online and wholesale, plus store stock, wastage, ranging and Morrisons’ order forecast.

  • Sales: units and revenue for each day. Store sales are by store. Online and wholesale sales are totals, with no store.
  • Store stock: units on hand at each store at the end of each day.
  • Availability: out-of-stock days, for Availability % and Lost Sales on Store Performance.
  • Wastage: wastage and markdown, in £ and units, by product and day, for all stores together.
  • Ranging: which stores range each product.
  • Order forecast: the cases Morrisons expects to order, latest against the one before.
  • Sales and stock: Pivot checks for new figures several times a day and picks each day up as soon as Morrisons publishes it.
  • Wastage: Morrisons updates its wastage late each morning, so a day’s wastage usually appears the following afternoon.
  • Ranging and order forecast: a new view each morning.
  • Corrections: Pivot picks up corrections to sales and stock for about six weeks, and to wastage for about four weeks.
  • Sales: We load as much history as Morrisons lets us when your brand joins Pivot, and keep every day from then on.
  • Store stock: from when your brand joined, as far back as Morrisons allows.
  • Wastage: from January 2025. Until 20 September 2026 it’s one £ figure, with no units and no wastage and markdown split.
  • Ranging: from the week of 26 October 2026. Morrisons only shows today’s ranging, so earlier weeks can’t be added.
  • Order forecast: the last 30 days only.

Morrisons keeps at least two years of sales and a year of store stock, so a missing day can be fetched again. Wastage older than about four weeks can’t.

  • Units include wholesale, which has no sales value, so it adds to units but not revenue.
  • Store figures cover Morrisons supermarkets. Morrisons Daily convenience stores aren’t included.
  • Wastage is a total, not split by store. Markdown can be negative for a product.
  • Some products have sales but no store stock, because Morrisons sometimes leaves selling products out of its stock figures. They get no Stock, Availability % or Lost Sales.
