CLF
CLF is a wholesaler, not a shop. For CLF, Pivot shows what CLF sent out to its own customers of each of your SKUs, day by day, and the stock CLF holds, with how long it will last.
What Pivot gets
Section titled “What Pivot gets”- Despatches: units of each SKU that CLF sent to its customers, for each day. CLF doesn’t send revenue, so Pivot works it out as units × CLF’s trade price for the SKU on that day.
- Stock: the units of each SKU CLF holds, as a snapshot each day.
- No breakdown by store or customer. CLF has one distribution point and doesn’t say who bought.
When it arrives
Section titled “When it arrives”- Despatches: each day’s figures usually appear the next day. If CLF corrects a day, Pivot picks up the change for about six weeks afterwards.
- Stock: a new snapshot each day. Stock & Reorder shows the newest one and warns you if it’s older than yesterday.
How far back it goes
Section titled “How far back it goes”- Despatches: from 1 January 2025, so you can compare with last year.
- Stock: from the day CLF joined Pivot. CLF only shows the stock it holds today, so earlier stock can’t be filled in.
Reports you’ll see
Section titled “Reports you’ll see”Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Sell-in, not shopper sales. CLF’s figures are what CLF sent to its customers, so they follow those customers’ orders rather than what shoppers bought.
- Revenue is worked out, not sent. A SKU with no CLF trade price shows its units with no revenue. For days up to late October 2026, revenue uses CLF’s prices as they stood in late October 2026 rather than the price on the day, so treat it as an estimate. Units are exact.
- No stores means no Weekly Stores By, Rate of Sale, Stores Selling or Store Performance. Days of cover on Stock & Reorder is the measure to watch.
- Previous Period Comparison doesn’t include CLF yet.
