Signing in

Pivot is at app.pivotapp.uk.

Your first sign-in

1. Go to app.pivotapp.uk and sign up with your work email.
2. If we sent you an invitation, use the same email address it was sent to.
3. Until we’ve approved your account, Pivot shows a Pending approval page. We’ll email you when you’re set up, and from then on you’ll see your brand’s data.

Signing in after that

Go to app.pivotapp.uk and sign in with the same email and password. Pivot uses an email address and password; there’s no Google or Microsoft sign-in.

Forgotten your password?

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?
2. Enter your email address.
3. We’ll email you a link. Open it and choose a new password, then sign in as usual.

If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then email finance@wfl.co.uk.
